Please feel free to add any questions you may have about Siem Reap or Angkor temple tours and tuk tuk bookings, or more general questions, in the comment fields below. I’ll then add them to this page as part of the Frequently Asked Questions about Tuk Tuk hire in Angkor Wat and Siem Reap.
Q. Do I need to bring my own water to visit the temples at Angkor?
A. Not if you’re booking with Bros on his Tuk Tuk, or even his motorbike. He keeps a coolbox on the Tuk Tuk to supply you with chilled water as part of your tour.
Q. Should I buy my Tuk Tuk driver Bros lunch or dinner?
A. Completely up to you, but could be a nice gesture to offer.
Q. Will Bros wait for me with his Tuk Tuk as I visit the temples? How will he spot me when I’m ready to leave?
A. Yes, absolutely, a big part of a Tuk Tuk driver’s day is spent waiting for returning customers as they visit them temples – all part of the service. During early morning stops you may find many Tuk Tuk drivers sleep for the first hour or so, and then switch to watching for their customer. This is a skill all Tuk Tuk drivers seem to have, Bros is particularly eagle eyed! He’ll tell you where he’ll be waiting and watch for you.
Q. Should I tip Bros as my Tuk Tuk driver?
A. A personal decision, but if you want to reflect your happiness with the service Bros provides you this is certainly one way that I’m sure will be appreciated. As is also leaving feedback/comments on the Testimonials page and recommending his services to other friends or travellers you may meet that are headed to Siem Reap to visit the Angkor Temples – share this website link with them, https://siemreaptuktukhire.wordpress.com/
